A SaaS provider in the Greater DC area that offers an AI-powered customer engagement platform specifically meant for telecommunication companies is in search of a Senior Data Scientist. The company utilizes advanced machine learning models to personalize the entire subscriber lifecycle and ensure long-term retention.
Their product focuses on customer support and user retention by using AI agents which identifies high-risk subscribers/users most likely to cancel their subscription then an ML model provides a 'next best action' designed to keep that specific customer. Their other agent which can help with technical issues via chatbot or voicebot based off previous data.
They're looking for this Senior Data Scientist to be fully autonomous with no hand-holding. This person will need to be able to build/deploy production ready code, not a jupyter notebook, with a high level in both Python and SQL and also set up monitors for backend code. You'll lead initiatives in Reinforcement Learning and A/B testing (Experimentation) while setting up monitors for backend code. Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines is a significant plus as you help mature our deployment standards.
This role will be hybrid 1 day a week in DC. Only candidates in the Greater DC area will be considered.
