Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Integrations

A global law firm is hiring a Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems Integrations to lead integration strategy and execution across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and ITSM platforms. This newly created role will drive the adoption of an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) to enable scalable, secure, and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise integration strategy using platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato

• Lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations

• Drive Agile and DevOps practices including CI/CD, API management, and automated deployments

• Partner with business systems teams to deliver integration roadmaps, enhancements, and support

• Manage budgets, resourcing, and third-party vendors

Requirements:

• 10+ years in enterprise IT with 5+ years in integration leadership

• Experience with modern iPaaS tools and REST/JSON-based integrations

• Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM)

• Proven track record managing large-scale integration initiatives

• Six Sigma certification a plus
