They are seeking a Lead/Principal .NET Engineer with a strong background in banking or finance to join their team. In this role, you will lead the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance financial applications, leveraging modern technologies to enhance digital banking solutions. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, guiding best practices, and mentoring a team of engineers. What You Will Be Doing 

• Design, develop, and maintain banking and financial applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Razor, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
• Lead architectural discussions and decision-making for scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to deliver user-centric banking solutions.
• Optimize and modernize legacy banking applications while ensuring seamless integration with financial systems.
• Implement security best practices in compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to a team of developers.
• Oversee cloud deployments, performance tuning, and system reliability improvements.

Required Skills & Experience 

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Razor.
• Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Experience in the banking or finance industry, with knowledge of financial application development, compliance, and security best practices.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovation in banking solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Office Location 

• Waxahachie, TX
• 3-4 days onsite (first 6 months)
• Flexible hybrid schedule post 6 months
