Contract Duration: 18 Months with possible extensions or FTE conversion

Required Skills & Experience
  • EXCEL experience is very valuable in this role.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly).
  • Partnership skills ability to work with Q/A team.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Root cause analysis.
  • Understanding credit cards, that is the main department.
  • Payment research.
  • Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure.
  • Partnering with 3rd party law firms.
  • Working independently and being resourceful.
  • Enterprise/corporate environment background.
  • 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred,
  • Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful.

What You Will Be Doing
  • This team is Focused on reviewing the quality control of legal documents to ensure they align with document standard.
  • Responsible for managing complex and sensitive customer issues which can include estate care resolution (life events), remediations, and/or settlements.
  • Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
  • Ensuring all dates, paperwork, notarizations etc. are accurate. this team manages and supports the control step.
  • The team is part of the recovery department, and is a last stop in the settlement review process.
  • Daily and weekly reports are received, will receive a control or process and each day they work the accounts.
  • The team is not customer facing.
  • This is not an entry level position.
