Contract Duration: 12 Months contract to hire

Summary: wants candidates to show they understand the full lifecycle of a credit card case, including internal processes, data management, and merchant coordination—not front-line customer service.

1. Type of Experience manager is Looking For 
o Handling or servicing credit cards, not just general loans or third-party work. 
o Microsoft systems experience and e-card processing are relevant but teachable. 
2. Specific Details manager Wants to Dig Into 
o Data entry & case management: How the candidate tracked and processed credit card cases in systems. 
o Overall handling of a case: Step-by-step understanding of managing a credit card dispute or issue. 
o Merchant interactions: Whether they coordinated with merchants or middlemen (not direct customer interaction). 
o Dispute investigation: How they investigated and resolved credit card disputes, including documentation and follow-up. 
3.  Practical Use 
o Manager isn’t looking for candidates to have customer-facing skills for this role—he wants back-office credit card processing and accuracy.
