Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma Experience with demonstrated experience applying simple to complex concepts, methods, tools in operational environments.
• Experience in process improvement and change management
• Ability to perform data analysis and identify new opportunities for improvement
• Strong Skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of financial service operations or manufacturing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to influence and express changes with confidence

Desired Skills & Experience

• PowerBI/ tableau
• SAS/ python

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Work closely with executives, operations leaders, and frontline partners to map out and understand current practices, operational routines, and KPI’s
• Figuring operational routines and continuous improvement
• Analyze data and identify new practical opportunities to increase ROI
• Train and help with upskilling internal resources
