QA Manager

This company is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a hands-on QA management position. This emerging security start up is based in the greater Boston area and is a full-time, hybrid position. The ideal candidate is someone who can oversee various QA projects and make decisions about their overall QA environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing encompassing both manual and automated methodologies, coupled with specialized knowledge in testing hardware components. This position involves overseeing the testing of multiple security products and implementing comprehensive QA protocols throughout the organization. Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a lead or management position
• 8+ years of software testing experience
• 2+ years of hardware testing experience
• Proficiency is one of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, or Python

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience
• AWS or Azure experience
• Previous experience within the security realm
