Mobile Engineer in Greater Boston Area

We are working with a leading manufacturer of portable scientific equipment to transform industries ranging from environmental to geochemistry to agricultural. Their innovations offer resilient, field-proven, portable devices capable of identifying any compound, mineral, or element.

This fast-paced company is looking for an Android developer to build and maintain mobile applications for android platforms that are running on the portable instruments. This individual must have experience developing in Android applications using Java and Kotlin.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience

• Proficiency with hands-on native Android development using Java, Kotlin, or equivalent languages.

• Showcase advanced knowledge of Android development best practices and commonly used modules, based on extensive work experience.

• Demonstrate experience in user interface design, with familiarity in common design patterns.

Preferred Experience:

• Embedded Linux Kernel experience

• Advanced knowledge of AOSP and cloud integrations

• Experience AI/ML
