Full Stack Engineer

This is a dynamic in-office opportunity to join a talented Digital Engineering Team. You will play a crucial role in a rapidly growing team, contributing to its expansion. A key project involves migrating a product from an on-premise system to the cloud to enhance security and efficiency. Your work will focus on improving security, optimizing performance, and streamlining deployment. Additionally, you will be involved in team management and hiring, with the potential to grow into a leadership position. This is a full-time role based at the head office in Woodbridge, ON. Required Skills & Experience

• .NET, React, C#
• 5-8 years experience
• Razor is a plus!
• *A self-starter* with strong people skills and is willing to *shape the development team* and guide future hires as the company scales

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the team, and take part in the interview and hiring process
