5–7 years of experience in software development and enterprise-level product leadership

Strong proficiency with Java and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring or similar

Experience designing and implementing APIs, integrations, and scalable systems

Understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities

Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading project teams

Background in insurance, financial services, or large enterprise systems is a plus
