Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in software development and enterprise-level product leadership

• Strong proficiency with Java and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring or similar

• Experience designing and implementing APIs, integrations, and scalable systems

• Understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities

• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading project teams

• Background in insurance, financial services, or large enterprise systems is a plus
