Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company, is seeking a full-time Staff Level .NET Engineer for their hybrid team in Addison, TX. This role will focus on building cloud-native, microservices-based applications in .NET hosted in Azure to power enterprise identity protection software.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in backend engineering with .NET/C#
  • Expertise in REST API and microservices development
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (AWS or GCP also acceptable)
  • Strong SQL Server knowledge and data modeling experience
  • Understanding of distributed systems, architecture, and secure coding principles
  • Experience testing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale enterprise systems
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of cybersecurity or security-first application design
What You Will Be Doing

  • 60% .NET Core / C# Backend Development
  • 20% Cloud Development (Azure) & Infrastructure Integration
  • 10% Database Optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
  • 10% Architecture & System Design Documentation
Daily Responsibilities
  • 80% Hands-On Engineering & Feature Development
  • 10% Cross-Functional Collaboration with Product and DevOps Teams
  • 10% Design Reviews, Code Reviews, and Architectural Planning

The Offer
  • Base Salary: 150,000-180,000
