This Dallas-based company is a leading provider of occupational health services in the United States. It operates a nationwide network of medical centers focused on workplace health, offering services such as injury care, physical exams, drug testing, and wellness programs. It also partners with employers to improve workforce health and safety, helping manage workers' compensation cases and regulatory compliance.

This company is looking for a Lead .NET Software Developer to join and lead their team in the Addison, TX office! Required Skills And Experience 
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core. Experience with VB.NET and WCF is also beneficial.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ORM tools like Entity Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, for deploying and managing applications.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading development teams, including mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and designers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Nice To Have 
  • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git and experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software applications using .NET technologies.
  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and to improve other team members.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment guides.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, guiding the team in adopting innovative solutions and maintaining technical excellence.
