Role Description/Title: Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta or Dallas
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Project Description:
Our client, a global communications leader, is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Connected Car OEM initiatives on both LTE and 5g. Projects will support both US and International car manufacturers. This new vehicle model year work will enhance existing LTE solutions and implement new 5g solutions.


As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in initiating and shaping the success of projects within our organization. Role Responsibilities:

• Create a comprehensive project requirements package, setting the stage for the design phase and ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page.
• Facilitate sessions with project stakeholders to gather their needs, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication.
• Compile the gathered information into a unified requirements document, which will include a project overview and detailed requirements. This document will provide a comprehensive understanding of the project's scope and objectives, enabling the team to effectively plan and execute the project.
• To further clarify the desired functionality, you will create use case diagrams that visually represent the different scenarios and interactions within the project. These diagrams will help stakeholders understand the nuances of the project and facilitate more effective decision-making.
• Conduct review sessions with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements and use cases are accurate and complete. This collaborative process will help identify any gaps or misunderstandings, allowing for adjustments as needed. Your ability to drive consensus and obtain official signoff from key stakeholders on the final documentation is essential for ensuring that everyone is in agreement with the project's direction and goals.

Key Requirements:

• Four plus years of experience as a Requirements Manager/Engineer or Business Analyst in the telecom industry
• Strong business analyst and technical requirements writing experience
• Experience in the Telecom sector, specifically wireless
• Knowledge of mobile telecom networks and LTE APN
• Must have experience creating Requirements Documents and Use Cases from scratch from client provided sample documents for Wireless telecom projects
• Experience facilitating large groups of SME’s to gather requirements.
• MUST have requirements writing experience
