Senior DevOps Engineer/ GCP / Atlanta, GA

A major player in the energy and utility industry is hiring in their Atlanta office. This company is growing before the end of the year and needs a Senior DevOps Engineer to work for them full-time and in their office 3 days per week.

You will be working primarily on the core DevOps concepts of their company. They have a gap in knowledge of GCP cloud, and you will be helping to bridge that for the team. You will also be helping with containerization efforts, automating CI/CD pipelines, and overall managing their infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role
• Strong knowledge of GCP or AWS
• Ability to lead containerization efforts with Kubernetes
• Automation expertise within CI/CD pipelines
• Proven experience utilizing Terraform

Desired Skills & Experience

• Local Atlanta resident
• Ability to mentor those on team with you
• Strong communication skillset
• Ability to manage/build infrastructure as needed
• BS in Computer Science
