Scrum Master

A government contractor based in Arlington, VA is hiring a Scrum Master. This is 5 days onsite in Rosslyn.

This company has created software that connects 5 countries - US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and allows their systems to connect for efficiency and collaboration. They need a Scrum Master that's worked with Technical Teams, end users, and has some experience with design. Any additional skills with marketing or accounting would be a huge plus! 

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance in the future. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience
• This person will provides extremely high-level subject matter proficiency for work described in the task
• The Scrum Master is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment
• Your role will include running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation, managing support tickets and unblocking barriers to keep the team moving
• You will be responsible to communicate and collaborate primarily with the engineering, customer success and senior management teams

Desired Skills & Experience

• Figma or other design experience
• Jira
• GitHub or GitLab experience
