Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Python and Django
• Experience with web application development
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of platform engineering
• Experience with Kafka, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• AWS experience, particularly with serverless technologies

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in media or education technology is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 60% Backend Development (Python, Django)
• 10% Frontend Development (React, TypeScript)
• 30% Platform Engineering (Kafka, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-On Coding
• 20% Platform Design and Maintenance
• 10% Team Collaboration
