IT Desktop Associate II

The company is located in Gaithersburg, MD and will be 5 days onsite.

This position is a 3-month contract.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide first-line technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues via ticketing systems, phone, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve common desktop, application, and account-related problems, escalating complex issues to higher-tier teams as needed.
• Provision, configure, and maintain user accounts, devices, and permissions across systems such as Active Directory, email, and endpoint management tools.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to improve knowledge bases, response times, and overall service quality.
