An established and respected professional services organization in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join its IT PMO & Demand Department. This full-time, hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that support strategic business operations. Required Skills & Experience
 
· 10+ years of progressive IT project management experience, ideally in a large law firm setting, a comparable professional services organization, or a legal information services provider
· Proven success managing large-scale technology initiatives from concept through delivery
· Strong command of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
· Deep understanding of IT systems architecture, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
· Skilled in stakeholder communication and influence at the executive level (Director/CIO)
· Expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
 
Desired Skills & Experience
 
· PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
· Experience leading vendor relationships and third-party contract management
· Familiarity with hybrid IT environments and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to clarity and impact
· Understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
