- 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration systems
- Solid experience with Terraform and AWS
- Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, and Java
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Previous experience mentoring junior team members
