Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

An early stage startup is looking to hire their first recruiter to lead their internal talent acquisition efforts. This role is a fully onsite position in Arlington, VA. This position requires a detail oriented person with strong communication skills. 

This startup is closing their Series A round and will be going through a large hiring cycle over the next 12-18 months. You will be working with various members of the leadership team to understand their hiring requirements, partner with our agency for the challenging roles, and attract the best talent to the build the best team in the area.


Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate sourcing and recruiting experience
• Experience building out entire teams across finance, sales and marketing, operations, HR, and technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Strong sense of urgency to deliver the best candidate experience

• Experience with relocating potential hires
