Contract Duration: 6 Months
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound inquiries via phone (Genesys) and email (Salesforce), from external and internal clients related to Billing.
  • Reviewing, understanding, and conversing with clients regarding their contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances.
  • Presenting information to clients clearly and concisely and documenting this information appropriately in Salesforce and SAP.
  • Collaborate within the Finance Team (Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing Ops, and Collections) as well as other internal teams (e.g. Sales, Retention, Business Leadership) as needed to resolve all client inquiries.
