Our team is working with and enterprise client working in the consulting space, supporting a variety of business. They're looking to add a Desktop Support Technician as they continue to acquire new business. You'll be acting as a lead for escalating complex issues and supporting Industry Best Practices. You will be focused on supporting computer systems hardware and peripherals, and being the POC for all things technical and configuration related.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years working as a Desktop Support Technician, supporting Windows organizations. You'll be monitoring desktop compliance, such as SCCM Client Health and MS Patch Compliance, initiating VLAN requests, and recommending process improvements throughout the org. You will also be very hands on with maintaining the site master document. This organization has continued to grow recently, with offices nationwide. You'll be joining locally in Duluth GA 4 days per week, and must be local to the Atlanta area to apply

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory
- Proficiency with Windows-based environments
- Desktop Compliance Experience (SCCM, MS Patch)
- Experience initiating VLAN requests
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Serve as the SME for maintenance of the site master document
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues
- Ensure secure, efficient operation of all desktop systems
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis — now and in the future.
