Description: Title: Enablement Operations Program Manager.
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining the daily operating rhythm of the Readiness Team, ensuring seamless execution.
- You'll manage and optimize our readiness systems and tools, organize and own our team metrics, serve as a Program Manager for business operations and process improvement, and lead strategic projects, with a specific focus on directing the Content Management group.
- Process optimization: Identify and streamline business processes across different functions to improve efficiency, reduce redundancies, and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Facilitate Team Operations: Run and optimize team operations including business reviews, content strategy groups, leadership updates and other operating mechanisms.
- Communication and reporting: Support leadership updates as a central hub for communication and providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop thoughtful, compelling slide decks and documents to support these communications.
- Cross-functional coordination: Act as a central point of contact and facilitator for various departments and functions within the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of activities.
- Guide project planning efforts and content development tracking in Airtable
- Set up a standardized reporting structure (automated and/or manual) for learner participation, completion, and assessment scores for internal team and stakeholders
- Organize content and upload content to multiple platforms (Seismic Content & Learning, Docebo, and Intellum) for enablement efforts for internal and external customers
- Create learner-facing dashboards, content calendars, badges, and other interfaces and engagement tools for internal academy
- Create manager view of ICs through either dashboards or reporting.
Location: Remote is fine, open to all locations. Highly prefer east coast hours.
Skills:
- Excellent project management and tracking skills; provide accountability for priority workstreams in place
- Administrative knowledge and high competence executing in LMS systems (Seismic Learning/Lessonly, Docebo)
- Working expertise of content authoring tools (such as Articulate, Evolve)
- Experience building out assessments, question banks, question types, quizzes within LMS systems
- General understanding of Instructional Design principles preferred, but not required
