Client Job Description: Our Client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to drive the implementation of our new Global ITSM Platform. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a Global Team to deliver significant improvements in an existing heterogenous environment, being able to add real value to the business and IT.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, as well as having a track record for successful project delivery, being able to demonstrate and measure successful ServiceNow adoption. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Overall lead and be the single point of contact for various end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
  • Facilitate the definition of the project scope, requirements and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop, control and communicate the project plan, timeline and milestones.
  • Track and report project deliverables to the project team and identified stakeholders, through routine status reports and meetings.
  • Manage Risk, Issues and Changes on an ongoing basis.
  • Responsible for acquiring resources as needed and coordinating the team.
  • Facilitate activities through training, testing, go-live, and post go-live support.
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to identify process improvements, optimization and automation of workflows.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and enhancements of the Now Platform using both external and internal technical resources.
  • Develop and implement proven best practices for successful ServiceNow adoption and increased user experience.
Key Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with minimum 5 years project management experience.
  • Proven track record managing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strategic thinker who is business-centric and customer-focused; demonstrate the ability to translate businesses requirements into technology solutions.
  • Experience in delivering high level of customer focus and strong customer support.
  • Experience in people development and can inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong analytical skills, influencing skills, and empathy.
  • Strong communication skills, in both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and collaborative.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate.
Extra’s - Job Requirements:
  • ITIL Intermediate Certificate a plus.
  • PMP / Agile certified a plus.
  • LEAN experience a plus.
