A fast-growing healthcare technology organization is building cloud-native platforms that sit directly at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and ethical AI in life sciences.

This role is designed for a DevOps Engineer with a strong software development background, someone who is comfortable writing production-grade code and applying engineering rigor to infrastructure and platform design. You will help architect, operate, and scale AWS-based systems that support real-time, high-availability clinical engagement products.

Working closely with application engineers, you’ll enable reliable delivery pipelines, resilient runtime environments, and secure cloud foundations. The position offers hands-on ownership of critical systems and the opportunity to influence how modern healthcare software is built and operated at scale.

2. Required Skills & Experience
  • Professional software development experience, including building and maintaining application features using Python or Golang in production environments

  • Strong hands-on experience operating AWS infrastructure in production, including services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch

  • Practical experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation, along with CI/CD pipeline ownership

3. Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience running and operating containerized or serverless workloads using EKS, ECS, Lambda, and Fargate

  • Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins alongside AWS-native tooling

  • Exposure to incident response, observability tooling, and cloud cost optimization in regulated or reliability-sensitive environments

  • Hands-On Engineering: 65%

  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 35%
