Hands on Director of AI/ Fintech

A global leader in financial services is looking to add a Hands on Director of AI to their team. In this role, you'll be leading a team in building RAG as a service and Agent as a service products/platforms. There is a ton of autonomy and influence in this role. 

The company is a global leader for financial services and digital banking- empowering organizations for banking, payments, lending, etc. They are specifically growing the organization in Atlanta as their tech hub in the US- and there is significant growth already occurring. You will drive the next-gen direction of their product suite and have a large impact on the organization overall. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to architect and manage AI platforms
• Experience managing teams of engineers
• Strong experience in RAG, AgenticAI, etc.
• Deep expertise in integrating enterprise systems, 3rd party services, etc.
• Experience with ML infrastructure and LLM serving architectures

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with data mesh architecture
• Understanding of time series databases
• Knowledge of data privacy/security
