AI Transformation Lead

A leader in the daily fantasy sports space is actively looking to bring on an engineer to lead an AI Transformation within their organization. You will work in tandem with their CTO to essentially overhaul internal functionality and then grow the team to a point where you're using cutting edge technology to create greenfield products which will be revenue generating products. 

The organization is incredibly stable- you will be at the forefront of helping enable the utilization of AI across each department and essentially spearhead a large-scale AI transformation here. The org is a global leader in the entertainment sector- and your overall impact would be massive. Ideally looking for an Applied AI Engineer from a brand name org. This is not a role for an executive or product/strategy leader- moreso hands-on engineering and leading a small team using cutting edge technology in the AI space. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to architect and manage AI platforms
• Experience in an applied AI role
• Strong experience in RAG, AgenticAI, etc.
• Deep expertise in integrating enterprise systems, 3rd party services, etc.
• Experience with ML infrastructure and LLM serving architectures

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with data mesh architecture
• Understanding of time series databases
• Knowledge of data privacy/security
