We are working with a large client in the automotive insurance space, offering specialized insurance to individuals with damaged credit. They are building out a new office, and have scaled their company, which has introduced a need for IT Helpdesk Engineers to join the team.
The organization is looking to bring on an individual who is skilled with Office365, Active Directory, as well as Azure cloud. The office is in the Smyrna area, and it is 5 days onsite per week to start, then moving to 3 days onsite after onboarding. They are a very established, Atlanta born org. Come join a cool team!

Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, troubleshooting Android phones, Active Directory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience working hands-on as Help Desk Support
- Learning abilities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ability to commute to Austell office
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
