Senior Java / Big Data Engineer

Job Description A leading global retail and e-commerce company is searching for a Senior Software Engineer to drive the development of two new, high-impact products within their shared services team. This division delivers cutting-edge big data solutions and APIs for multiple internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Java, Spring Boot/Spring, cloud platforms like GCP or AWS, and big data technologies including Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and Cassandra
Must be open to Hybrid in Atlanta 30339 Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Java/Springboot
• Experience with deployments in cloud environments
• Proven ability to work with big data tooling (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Cassandra
• Microservice based architecture and design
• Proven track record in building API's (RESTful/GraphQL)
