Our client, a leader in SaaS software for the construction industry, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy and Planning. This is an onsite role in Austin, TX.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join the Strategy team within the Product & Technology organization. As a Senior Analyst Contractor, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic initiatives forward by providing comprehensive analysis, creating board presentations, and delivering executive reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute against our strategic priorities and ensure the successful delivery of key projects. This position will report to the Senior Director and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Skills/Experience: Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the technology or construction industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Create impactful board presentations, executive reports, and dashboards to communicate progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather insights, align priorities, and drive consensus.
• Support the development and execution of company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and coordination to execute against top priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
