Job Overview:
As an Escrow Assistant, you will provide essential support to the escrow department, working closely with escrow officers and clients on residential transactions. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and successful closings by handling key administrative and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Open escrow orders and input closing statement information

Prepare closing documents and assist with disbursements and post-closing follow-up

Communicate requirements and updates to clients and stakeholders

Interpret agreements related to closings and prepare necessary transaction documents

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established procedures
What You Bring:
-
2+ years of escrow-related experience (residential preferred)
-
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Professionalism and a positive, client-first attitude

Familiarity with escrow and title systems – bulk escrow experience a plus!
