Senior Azure DevOps Engineer/local to Boston hybrid

We’re working with a leading technology-driven organization based in Boston, MA, looking to bring on an Azure DevOps Engineer to support and expand their cloud and infrastructure automation initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire, full-time role working with a collaborative team that leverages Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Windows-based environments to power scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer in a Microsoft environment
· Strong proficiency with Azure Cloud services (AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps, etc.)
· Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters (preferably AKS)
· Expertise with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
· Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python
· Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or ARM templates
· Solid understanding of Windows Server administration

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
· Knowledge of Docker containerization best practices
· Familiarity with networking and security concepts in Azure
· Previous experience in a hybrid cloud or on-prem to cloud migration project
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
