Required Skills & Experience

· 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering
· 3+ years leading DevOps or platform engineering teams
· Strong AWS expertise
· GitHub, CI/CD pipeline design, Terraform
· Linux, Bash/PowerShell scripting
· Experience with microservices / SaaS platforms
· Strong understanding of security-first development
· Ability to influence architectural decisions

Desired Skills & Experience

· SRE practices & production automation
· Understanding of compliance frameworks 
· Python, Java, or .NET development experience
· Azure DevOps or Ansible exposure
· Experience supporting distributed teams
