We’re supporting a growing tech team in mid-town Phoenix that builds full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and modern front-end frameworks (React or similar). This is a full-time, on-site role (4 days on-site per week) where you’ll work closely with technical leadership and contribute to new product development in a space heavily focused on automation and workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience coding in Python
- Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
- Experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks
- Ability to work on-site 4 days/week
- Experience with Django or Flask
- Familiarity with on-prem or single-VM deployments
- Background working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to machine learning, automation tools, or workflow systems
- Interest in contributing across the stack with autonomy
