We’re working with a company who’s seeking a top-tier data engineer to help build the data infrastructure that explains and models how work happens inside Fortune 500 organizations. This is not a conventional data role. You’ll be solving problems with no existing solutions, processing terabytes of workflow data per customer in real time, and mapping the full operational “genome” of large enterprises. You’ll be inventing new data primitives, designing novel data structures, and building pipelines that handle billions of events per day.

You’ll work directly with the founders and core engineering team on unprecedented challenges: real-time processing at massive scale, creating a universal taxonomy for work across industries, and architecting systems capable of handling the most complex enterprise data environments in the world.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong programming knowledge, Python preferred
  • Software engineering fundamentals - APIs, backend services
  • SQL + DBT (or SQLMesh) proficiency
  • Infrastructure as code: Terraform (or equivalent)
  • Datalake experience (Iceberg, Databricks, etc
  • Familiarity with Datalake Technology (Databrick, Iceberg, Etc.)
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Has trained models before (even personal projects count, perhaps especially)
  • You have interesting personal projects
  • Pytorch or similar framework experience
  • Kubernetes
  • Understand ML/DL systems from an infra perspective
