As a Manufacturing Engineer on the team, you will posses a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in the biotech or medical device industry and a strong background in process engineering, quality assurance, and production optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the biotech or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies used in the production of medical devices or biotech products.
- Proven experience with process optimization, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, Minitab, statistical analysis software).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
