A reputable company in financial services is actively hiring for a Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET) who can work out of the office in Downtown Boston 3 days a week. This is a hybrid onsite role that requires someone who can commute to Boston regularly. The company is very profitable and currently in growth mode so looking to add an engineer to the team.

You’ll be primarily building testing tools and working alongside software engineers so this is a coding-forward testing role. The person should be familiar with Python and Pytest for automation. They offer a ton of growth opportunity to continue to utilize new, fresh technology and grow within the ranks. The role will start as a contract.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience testing applications using Python and Pytest for automation
  • Strong experience in object oriented coding using Python
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors of Science in Computer Science a plus
