Position Overview: We are looking for a Frontend-Leaning Full Stack Developer with expertise in React on the frontend and Go on the backend to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless user experiences while also contributing to the development of robust backend systems. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, offering the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative cloud services and applications.
• Develop frontend components using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Go, integrating with databases and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and learning from others.
• Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working with React.js for frontend development, building complex user interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in Go programming language, with experience in backend development and API design.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
