Position: Lead Vue Engineer
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in the United States)
Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Vue Engineer to join our client's team. As the Lead Vue Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development efforts for our client's flagship products, utilizing your expertise in Vue.js and Typescript. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Vue.js applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and drive best practices for front-end development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, incorporating them into our client's development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in front-end development with a strong focus on Vue.js.
- Proficiency in Typescript and experience with Vue 3 is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
