In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing intuitive and efficient user interfaces for our healthcare and genetic editing platforms, while also contributing to backend development tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, frontend developers, geneticists, and data scientists to translate requirements into high-quality Vue.js components and applications.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs to support our frontend applications, utilizing Python with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Lead the full stack development efforts, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces, optimizing performance for scalability and usability across various devices and browsers.
• Stay updated on the latest frontend and backend technologies and industry trends, actively contributing ideas and innovations to enhance our platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience (5 years) developing frontend applications with Vue.js, including proficiency in Vuex, Vue Router, and Vue CLI.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with a keen eye for design and UI/UX principles.
• Solid experience (X+ years) developing backend services and APIs, with proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Experience working in healthcare or genetic disorder-related projects is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
