Job Description
Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is expanding its Cybersecurity Solutions division to meet growing customer demand for advanced operational technology (OT) protection. They are seeking a Cyber Solutions Development Manager to build and lead a team responsible for developing packaged cybersecurity offerings that combine Schneider’s OT expertise with trusted partner technologies.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to establish a new development organization within a world-class company. You will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, industrial automation, and software innovation, creating solutions that are used by customers around the world. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of experience developing or implementing industrial or critical infrastructure control systems
- Proven people management experience leading engineering or software development teams
- Hands-on experience with industrial software, applications, and virtualization tools
- Strong understanding of industrial communications and networking components
- Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity concepts and best practices
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and industrial standards such as IEC 62443
- Experience applying development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PMP framework
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and mentor technical teams
- Experience establishing new engineering teams or organizations
- Background in developing market-ready packaged software or cybersecurity products
- Knowledge of offer lifecycle management and product versioning processes
- Familiarity with supply chain collaboration and industrialization processes
- Experience coordinating outsourced software development or global R&D teams
