Director of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team in Boston. This role is pivotal in driving the technical strategy and execution of our simulation products, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, team leadership, and a passion for 3D technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical vision and roadmap for 3D simulation products.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
• Work closely with product management, design, and other departments to ensure cohesive product development and alignment with customer needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building effective teams.
