An established Aesthetics beauty company, that is home to iconic brands, is on the search for a driven and dynamic Director of Product Management to join the team full-time!
The company’s mission is to continue elevating and transforming the Aesthetics Beauty Industry by implementing advanced and user-friendly platform technologies. The company successfully launched an innovative technology platform which serves millions of consumers, and thousands of aesthetic professionals throughout the US; and they are looking to launch a new batch of game-changing technologies on their platform. To accomplish this mission, they need a Product Manager with over 10 years of experience, who is a self-motivator, strong communicator, and is ready to drive the vision and execution of the product roadmap to empower the company’s employees. Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in scaling product functionality that is utilized by cross-functional teams
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience with deep expertise in supply chain and warehouse operations
- Experience in leading products that support internal operations, sales, improving efficiencies, while enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and mentoring product managers, with a track record in cultivating strong mentorship programs.
- Excellent communication skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that corresponds with market needs.
- Create intricate product roadmaps and timelines to guide development efforts to ensure timely delivery.
- Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical practicality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and field deployment, to ensure a successful product advancement and launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for advancement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing clear and concise communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in creating structured processes and actionable items from complex or vague business challenges.
- Set the product strategy for internal tools in conjunction with product strategy for external customers, be able to identify opportunities that result in improvement, and build a shared vision across the organization to drive consensus on product priorities and approaches.
- Own the product roadmap and provide clear communication for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to a culture centered on Objectives and Key Results ensuring the team is focused on delivering consistent value while aligning efforts with the business' objectives.
- Lead a team of product leaders and product managers, supporting their leadership development as well as career growth. Encourage a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Build a talent pipeline of candidates who are excited about creating impactful, efficient tools and applications.
- Engage with Engineering leadership to assess the feasibility of product features and consider alternative approaches if necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure that the applications meet their needs and improve the business.
- Create a culture where user feedback and continuous improvement are necessary to the product development lifecycle.
