This full-time Network Engineer opportunity is remote and supports a rapidly growing technology organization operating in a multi-cloud and on premises environment. The team focuses on high availability infrastructure, modern networking principles, cloud connectivity, and next-generation security technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
· 6+ years working in Windows/Linux/Cloud environments
· 6+ years in enterprise level network/system design and support
· Expertise with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama
· Experience with Juniper (preferred), Cisco, and/or Aruba switches
· EVPN VXLAN, OSPF, and BGP routing
· VLAN design & implementation
· IPSec VPN technologies
· Network security fundamentals including ACL design, NAC/802.1x
· Authentication technologies: LDAP/Active Directory, RADIUS
· Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Perl, and/or Python
· Disaster Recovery planning & implementation
· Monitoring tools for fault detection and forensic investigations
· Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
· Exposure to config management tools (Ansible, Chef, etc.)
· SASE/Prisma experience
· Preferred certifications: PCNSA, PCNSE, JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE, CCSP, ITIL

Desired Skills & Experience

· Load balancing experience (HAProxy preferred)
· Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Python)
· Experience deploying Palo Alto VM appliances in cloud platforms
· Familiarity working with Arista switching platforms

· 60% Linux and cloud networking
· 40% Windows Server and network system administration

Daily Responsibilities

· 70% Hands-on engineering, configuration, deployment, and break/fix
· 10% Architecture and design discussions
· 20% Team collaboration with TechOps, DevOps, and Security
