As an Applications Developer, you will contribute to the design and development of software solutions that directly support business operations. Working within a collaborative team environment, you’ll engage with analysts, engineers, and key stakeholders to create high-performance applications that enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in application development (or 1+ year with a Master’s degree)

Advanced proficiency in C# and SQL

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns

Experience with relational database systems, preferably SQL Server

Understanding of ETL processes, data structures, and systems integration

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a high-performance environment

Interest in gaining experience within institutional finance, especially accounting, investor reporting, or operations
Desired Skills & Experience

Background in financial services or alternative investments

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), APIs, or AWS/cloud environments

Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI or test automation frameworks

Knowledge of portfolio management systems and financial instruments
