Provide Tier 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, and servers

Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365 issues

Assist with system upgrades, patching, and deployments

Work directly with clients onsite and via remote tools

Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
-
1–3 years of IT support experience (MSP preferred)
-
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Server, and Active Directory
-
Basic networking skills (DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Must be based in South Jersey and able to work onsite

Experience with backup tools, RMM platforms, or firewalls
-
CompTIA, Microsoft, or other relevant certifications
