Are you a technically savvy, client-facing professional with a strong background in servers, networking, and infrastructure? A growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in the Philly suburbs is looking for a MSP Client Coordinator to join their team onsite. This is a contract-to-hire role offering long-term growth within a stable and innovative IT services company. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience with ConnectWise, Windows-based environments, and core networking infrastructure, alongside excellent client relationship management skills.
Required Skills & Experience-
3+ years working in or with an MSP or IT services provider

Strong experience with ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control)

Proficient in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration

Hands-on experience with networking (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs)

Solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring and ticketing systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Experience with server migrations or network redesign projects

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

Exposure to ITIL processes or certifications

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks or compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)

Previous experience with project coordination or account management
