Contract Duration:

Required Skills & Experience:
· Proficiency in desktop support
· Strong troubleshooting skills
· Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience:
· Familiarity with ITIL practices
· Experience with ticketing systems
· Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft)

Tech Breakdown:
· Windows OS
· Active Directory
· Hardware troubleshooting

Daily Responsibilities:
· Providing desktop support to end-users
· Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
· Managing IT assets and inventory
