Business Execution Consultant- Records and Document Management – Commercial Banking
What You Will Be Doing
- Resources will support Records and Document Management risk management projects. Work is aimed at managing documents through the entire record lifecycle to include creation, work in process and archival. Responsibilities may include:
- Process Mapping current and target state document management processes
- Performing mapping of documents to Enterprise document and Commercial Banking Taxonomies
- Working with the Enterprise Document Management COE to develop new profiles for document ingestion
- Analysis of current document metadata quality
- Managing specific project work efforts in support of a Business Champion and Project Manager
- Completing project deliverables and ensuring timely completion
- Assisting the Product Owners and Solution Consultants in managing the full solution delivery lifecycle by documenting features, collaborating with IT developers, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts
- Supporting the creation of Business Readiness Plans to include preparation of process documentation, communications and training
- Documentation and Development in support of new or re-designed controls
- Support project status and overall strategy through high quality presentations
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of risk management experience om Commercial banking
- 3-5 years of Data Analysis, Data Lineage, Data Quality experience. Ideally a candidate who has worked in a Data or Records/Enterprise Content Management organization
- 3+ Years of experience with document management processes
- Strong backlog management skills and understanding product engineering mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze business requirements
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative, multitasking, and interacting with multiple teams at all levels using active listening
Additional Desired Skills:
- 5+ years Jira and QC ALM or similar
- Knowledge of FileNet and or Documentum
- Knowledge of document Metadata mapping methodologies
- Knowledge of Document Imaging Processes
- Control Design Background
