Contract Duration: 6 Months onsite - no remote Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of Finance experience,
- Prior hands on experience with SAP Concur Travel and Expense application and prefer experience in migration or new system implementation.
- Ability to create training documentation, standard operating procedures, FAQ's and test cases
- Execute Concur and AppZen testing in respective sandboxes
- Ability to communicate effectively with end users
- Attention to detail
- Experience with using Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook and Copilot
- Ability to navigate efficiently in various operating systems
- Strong written
- Strong verbal
- Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP Concur
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Finance.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Finance assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Finance.
- Concur migration project migrating from an older platform to a new platform.
- Testing and assisting with writing procedure documentation.
- FAQs and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate with different levels of business clearly.
